Ombre is a technique that offers the appearance of powdery, misty filled brows to emphasize the contour of your brows with light to dark ombre. The process involves applying pigment via a small tattoo machine..

Reasons for Micropigmentation

*Convenience. You just need more time

*Sensitive skin or allergies.

*Watery eyes that smudge your eyeliner

*Arthritis or painful hands

*Difficulty applying make up or you don't like smears and disappears.

*Aging changes in brows, lips and eyes.

*Active outdoor lifestyles.

*Alopecia or other causes of loss of hair.

How is Lash Enhancement different from Eyeliner?

A Lash Enhancement is not an eyeliner as it is not above the natural lash growth line.

An eyeliner procedure leaves you with a perfectly sculpted eyeliner, just as you wound wear your makeup, where a lash enhancement won't leave you with a makeup loo, it will just give the illusion of a thick lash base, dark hair.

How long does cosmetic pigmentation last?

Micropigmentation lasts a long time time, but not forever and it does fade.

We generally see clients back from 1-2 or even 3 years for a color boost.

The darker the color the longer it will last in your skin but slowing fading.

Lighter delicate colors are more vulnerable to the effects of sun, swimming and breakdown by body's natural response. SPF is a NECESSITY to your color lasting and not changing tones.

For brows and lips, a lip balm with SPF 30 (we sell SPF lip balm in studio for $3) and use that daily, all year around.

What is involved in recovery?

There might be some some swelling or redness in the skin, but usually not much to none.

There is two full weeks of restrictions after getting your permanent makeup done; excessive sweating, heavy sun exposure, tanning, laying on the beach, ect.- we recommend wearing a hat to protect your brows and sunglasses to protect your eyeliner..( you can swim but not under water, treated water, lake water or sea water and wearing any makeup on your brows or foundation on your brows. All this could cause infection so please be aware !!

It takes a full 4 weeks to see finished results for your PMU. Health indication play a part in pigment retention, as well as how careful the aftercare instructions are followed during the healing process..

Do procedures hurt?

I use an excellent topical anesthetics used especially for permanent makeup prodedures. It will be applied before, after and or during as nessesary to assure comfort !! Some clients describe it as a scratching feeling or tweezing sensation..On a scale of 1-10 you will be somewhere between 0-3 ( everyone has different pain tolerance )

Do I need to take any procautions?

With lips, if you EVER had fever blisters/cold sores ( even once), I recommend to get a perscribtion for Zovirax or Valtrex from your physican and start taking it 2 days prior to the procedure (5 days total)..

Some clients find taking a Benadryl on the day of eyeliner procedures help with tearing, swelling and relaxing  for the eyeliner..
